Contactor UL508 certification standards

the American standard UL is an independent standard system, UL standards for contactors: UL508 "industrial control equipment".

UL508 Part I All Industrial Control Equipment is applicable to all industrial control equipment.

Contactors are industrial control equipment according to the UL508 standard, so Part I applies to contactors.

1. Input test;

7. Life test.

2-3 months

Contactor UL508 certification process:

1. Project determination: confirm the UL standard on which the test is based, certification cost and time, sample quantity, etc.;

2, data preparation: according to the requirements of UL, the enterprise is ready to certify the required information or documents;

3. Sample delivery test: The enterprise sends the sample to Ancojet Testing and Certification Laboratory for product testing;

4, the issuance of the report: the product test results meet the requirements of UL standards, the formal issuance of the test report;

factory audit: UL will conduct the first factory inspection of the production plant to ensure compliance with standard requirements;

6, mark use: after the audit meets the requirements, the applicant is officially authorized to use the UL mark.
