With the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry, the performance and safety of high-energy lithium-ion power battery packs and systems have become the focus of the industry. With rich industry experience and professional technical capabilities, Ankejie is committed to providing comprehensive and accurate high-energy lithium-ion power battery packs and system testing services for electric vehicle manufacturers.

GB/T 31467.2 Standard Test

we test high-energy lithium-ion power battery packs and systems for electric vehicles in strict accordance with GB/T 31467.2 standards, including:

l All parameter testing: a comprehensive evaluation of the battery pack and system performance indicators.

Capacity and energy test: Verify the capacity and energy output capability of the battery pack under different conditions.

L power and internal resistance test: evaluate the discharge power and internal resistance of the battery pack to ensure high efficiency output.

L no load capacity loss test: simulate the capacity attenuation of the battery pack in the static state.

Capacity loss test in storage: Evaluate the capacity retention of the battery pack during long-term storage.

l Energy efficiency test: evaluate the energy conversion efficiency of the battery pack to ensure high efficiency utilization.

GB/T 31467.3 Standard Test

we also follow the GB/T 31467.3 standard and conduct a series of safety performance tests on battery packs and systems, including:

l Temperature shock test: simulate the performance of the battery pack under extreme temperature changes.

l Damp heat cycle test: evaluate the durability and stability of the battery pack in a hot and humid environment.

L salt spray test: simulate the impact of marine climate on the battery pack to verify its anti-corrosion ability.

L high altitude test: evaluate the performance of the battery pack in high altitude areas.

l Over-temperature, over-charge, over-discharge protection test: verify the safety protection measures of the battery pack under various abnormal conditions.

l Vibration, mechanical shock, drop, extrusion test: simulate the physical impact in actual use to ensure the structural safety of the battery pack.

l External fire test: evaluate the safety performance of the battery pack under the action of external fire source.

ISO12405-4 standard test

in addition, we also provide testing services under ISO12405-4 standards, covering the following items:

L all parameter test: the same as GB/T 31467.2-2015.

Capacity and energy test at room temperature and different temperatures and discharge rates: comprehensively evaluate the performance of the battery pack under different conditions.

L power and internal resistance test: the same as GB/T 31467.2-2015.

L no load capacity loss, storage capacity loss test: the same as GB/T 31467.2-2015.

L high and low temperature starting power test: verify the starting ability of the battery pack under extreme temperature.

l Energy efficiency test: including the energy efficiency evaluation under fast charging to ensure the high efficiency utilization of the battery pack in various charging modes.

l Cycle life test: evaluate the performance attenuation of the battery pack during long-term use.
