IEC 62660 series standard test:

  • IEC 62660-1: including all parameters, power test, energy test, storage test, cycle life test, energy efficiency test, to ensure that the performance of the battery pack meets the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

  • IEC 62660-2: covers all parameters, vibration test, mechanical impact test, extrusion test, thermal tolerance test, temperature cycle test, external short circuit test, overcharge test, forced discharge test, simulate the extreme conditions in actual use, to ensure the safety of the battery pack.

  • IEC 62660-3: an internal short circuit test is added to IEC 62660-2 to further evaluate the safety of the battery pack in the event of a short circuit.

These tests ensure the stability and reliability of the battery pack under various operating conditions and stresses.



ISO 19453-6 standard test:
