UL certification test requirements for energy storage connector
Dielectric Voltage-Withstand, withstand voltage test requirements:
1. Environmental testing-Insert the companion unit into the contact openings of three of the six female units. The device was then placed in an environmental chamber and subjected to the following conditions in turn:
a) 4 hours at a temperature of 75±2°C and a relative humidity of 92±3%.
B) 16 hours at a temperature of 75±2°C and a relative humidity of 40±3%.
c) 4 hours at a temperature of 30±2°C and a relative humidity of 60±3%.
2. Withstand voltage test: the test voltage is as follows, 1 minute
Old Stress Relief, injection stress release test requirements:
put it in a 90-degree high-temperature oven for 7H, and then repeat the above pressure test.
Accelerated Aging Test - Rubber Compounds, for seal ring, test requirements:
put it in a 100-degree high-temperature oven for 70H, and then measure the hardness of the plastic. The change in the value before and after should be less than 10, and each color of plastic should be tested.
Temperature, temperature rise test, test requirements:
at normal temperature, or the ambient temperature declared by the customer, the product is connected to the maximum rated current, and the power cord with 90-degree RTI is connected to the load, working for 4 hours or reaching thermal stability, and the temperature rise of the electrical connection part cannot exceed 45K.
Strain-Relief Test, test requirements:
first, the length of the power line shall be at least 305mm, and the tensile force of 156N shall be applied to the line tail for 1 minute, and the displacement shall not exceed 2mm.
Push Back relief Test, test requirements:
first, the power cord is at least 305mm long, apply 26.7N thrust to the connection part for 1 minute, and the wire part cannot be pushed.
