Proof
a. the registration certificate of the applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer, such as business license and organization code (when applying for the first time)

c. Relevant agreements or contracts (such as ODM agreement, OEM agreement, authorization, etc.) signed between certification principals, producers and production enterprises (if necessary)
