Test method for tension of power line
1. Find out the corresponding pulling force according to the weight of the product. If it is less than or equal to 1kg, it is 30N, if it is greater than 1kg and less than or equal to 4kg, it is 60N, and if it is greater than 4kg, it is 100N. Make a mark on the power cord (the place closest to the line buckle), then fix the push-pull gauge on one end of the power cord, and then pull it 25 times in the most unfavorable direction for 1 second each time.
2. Tighten the power cord, mark the power cord near the wire inlet hole, and then bear 40N pulling force 100 times for 1S each time. The pulling force shall not be too strong. After that, the power line immediately bears the torque of 0.25Nm for 1min.
Determination of Power Line Pull Test Results
1. Power line displacement shall not exceed 2mm
2. After the test, attention should be paid to observe not only the displacement cannot exceed 2mm, but also whether the wire body is damaged or deformed, and the electrical strength (withstand voltage) between the conductor of the power cord and the accessible conductive parts should be checked before the test is passed.
