UL508 Standard for Industrial Control Equipment
the UL508 standard is designed to standardize the safety of industrial control equipment, and the applicable equipment categories are:
1. Components and equipment below 1500V (inclusive);
2. Products set at an ambient temperature of 0-40°C (except for products specifically designated for use under other conditions);
industrial control panel components, motor control devices and accessories in industrial control devices.

3. Structure diagram and circuit schematic diagram;
4. List of key parts;
5. BOM, etc.
Relay UL common test items
1. Temperature rise test;
2. Over-voltage and under-voltage test;
3. Overload test;
4. Durability test;
5. Dielectric withstand voltage test.
Relay UL certification application process
1. Project determination: confirm the UL standard, certification cost and time, sample quantity, etc.
Data preparation: the enterprise shall prepare all the data or documents required for certification according to UL's requirements;
3. Sample delivery test: The enterprise sends samples to the Anker Testing and Certification Laboratory for product testing;
Issued report: the product test results meet the requirements of UL standard, and the test report is officially issued;
Factory audit :UL will conduct the first factory inspection of the production plant to ensure compliance with standard requirements;
Mark use: After the audit meets the requirements, the applicant is officially authorized to use the UL mark.
