Whether to accept the original test report and the original factory inspection results?
in order to reduce the burden on enterprises, the following adoption schemes are currently adopted:

the original type test report shall be reviewed by the CCC designated laboratory and converted into the CCC type test report.

the original factory inspection results are accepted, and the supervision cycle is implemented according to the relevant product rules of the certification center.
Is it possible to approve the battery cell random detection data and transfer the battery cell CCC report?
not recognized, the random test data is not a valid conformity assessment result, and the random test data does not belong to the battery cell enterprise. (However, if the cell factory and the battery factory are the same, the random detection data of the cell can also be recognized and converted into CCC of the cell).
What kind of situation does not need to do CCC certification?
1. Only self-produced and self-sold products (e.g. battery cells and battery packs must be the same manufacturer, battery cells may not apply for certification separately, and battery cells shall be randomly tested with battery packs.
2. Only products sold abroad and bonded areas may not apply for certification
3. The battery core is sold abroad and the battery pack is formed abroad. If the battery pack is imported, CCC certification is required and the battery core is randomly tested.
The CCC certificate of the enterprise is a notebook computer product, and its internal lithium battery pack has not been certified. It is randomly tested according to the old version of the 31241. When should the battery pack be updated at the latest?
For the complete machine report after January 1, 2024, the internal battery pack shall be tested in accordance with the new version of the supplementary standard difference test, and the internal lithium battery pack shall be recommend to obtain the CCC certificate.
Camping with mobile power supply in the CCC range?
the mobile power supply for camping is within the scope of CCC and does not include equipment that is scheduled to be installed and used only in outdoor environments. In order to avoid misleading consumers, when the product name contains "camping", "outdoor" and other words:
the name of the product in the certificate shall be followed by a note in brackets: "Not intended to be installed and used in outdoor environment only";
and the product manual should have the product shall not rain, water and other related warnings.
