DC fan UL certification standard introduction
DC fan UL certification is tested according to the UL507 standard. UL507 is the safety standard for electric fans with a rated voltage of 600 volts or less. The standard covers a complete list of product types, including "fans and blowers for circulating air, such as desk fans, ceiling fans and ceiling fans". Depending on the intended use of the product, different parts of the standard are applied.
DC fan UL certification process:
1. Project determination: confirm the UL standard, certification cost and time, sample quantity, etc. on which the test is based;
2 data preparation: according to UL's requirements, the enterprise is ready to certify the required information or documents;
3. Sample delivery test: The enterprise sends the sample to the Ankejie testing laboratory for product testing;
4. Issued report: the product test results meet the requirements of UL standard, and the test report is officially issued;
5. Factory audit: UL will conduct the first factory inspection of the production plant to ensure compliance with standard requirements;
6. Mark use: After the audit meets the requirements, the applicant is officially authorized to use the UL mark;
